SPRINGTIME VEGETABLE SLAW 
1 lb. shredded Dole cabbage
1 c. grated Dole carrots
1/2 c. Dole broccoli flowerets, chopped
1/2 c. halved cherry tomatoes
1/2 c. sliced Dole celery
1/2 c. peeled, seeded, diced Dole cucumber
1 c. chopped Dole parsley
1/3 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. garlic salt

Combine cabbage, carrots, broccoli, tomatoes, celery and cucumber in salad bowl. Whisk together remaining ingredients for dressing. Toss salad with dressing.

Makes 10 servings.
