TACO SALAD | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. nacho chips 1 head of lettuce 1 lg. tomato, chopped 1 sliced purple onion 1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese 1 (8 oz.) can kidney beans, drained 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/4 c. Italian salad dressing 1 tbsp. chopped parsley Brown beef. Drain. Cool at room temperature. Mix lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, beans and oregano. Toss well. At serving time combine beef, crushed nachos and Italian dressing and add all to salad. |
