SAUERKRAUT SALAD 
1 (#2 1/2) can sauerkraut
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can bean sprouts, rinsed and drained
1 tsp. salt
1 sm. can chopped pimento
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed

Mix all ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Keeps for days in refrigerator.
