HERB-STUFFED POTATOES 
4 lg. baking potatoes (about 4 1/2 inch long)
1 (5 1/2 oz.) can evaporated skim milk
1 tsp. snipped chives
1/8 tsp. dried sage
Dash paprika
4 tsp. butter
1 tsp. snipped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake potatoes about 45 minutes. Cut in half lengthwise, scoop out inside and mash, add remaining ingredients, except paprika. Mix thoroughly, spoon potatoes into shells on baking sheet, sprinkle with paprika, return to oven for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Yield: 8 servings - 1 bread, 1/2 fat, 4 proteins - 110 calories.
