BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 bunch broccoli florets
1/2 c. cashews, chopped
1/2 c. raisins
8 sliced bacon, cooked & crumbled
1/2 c. red onion, chopped

Mix dressing of mayo, sugar & vinegar. Refrigerate overnight. Meanwhile, combine remaining salad ingredients. Add dressing before serving & toss.

Makes: 8 servings.
