DARK CHOCOLATE BROWNIES 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
1/2 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. eggs (3-4)
2 1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. walnuts

Cream shortening, sugar, cocoa, salt and eggs. Mix for 4 minutes. Add honey, flour, and vanilla. Mix another 4 minutes. Stir in walnuts. Spread in 9"x13" pan, greased. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes (don't over bake). Frost as desired.
