INDIVIDUAL MEAT LOAVES 
6 tbsp. dry bread crumbs
2/3 c. milk
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg, slightly beaten

Topping:

3 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. ketchup
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. dry mustard

Mix first 7 ingredients. Shape into 4 to 6 loaves. Rough tops with fork. Put on topping.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes.
