HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
3/4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (2 1/2 lb.) broiler fryer, skinned and cut up
1/3 c. ketchup
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soy sauce

Combine all ingredients except chicken in a small saucepan and bring to boil; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Place chicken in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Pour sauce over chicken. Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 350°F. Uncover and bake 30 minutes more, basting occasionally.
