SHOESTRING SALAD 
1 c. shredded carrots
1/4 c. instant onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. cubed, cooked chicken or tuna
1/2 c. salad dressing thinned with milk or cream
1 can shoestring potatoes

Combine vegetables and chicken (or tuna). Add dressing and just before serving add the shoestring potatoes.
