OVERNIGHT MACAROONS | |
4 c. quick-cooking oatmeal 2 c. brown sugar 1 c. vegetable oil 2 beaten eggs 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. almond extract The night before, mix together oatmeal, brown sugar, and oil. Next morning, mix in eggs, salt, and almond extract. Drop them from a teaspoon onto a greased baking sheets and bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove promptly from pan when they are done. |
