PANAKAKAN PANCAKES 
2 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1 can fruit pie filling

Melt butter in glass pie pan until sizzles, beat together eggs, add flour and milk. Pour batter over hot butter. Do not mix batter into butter. Bake for 20 minutes at 425 degrees.

Warm pie filling and serve on top, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Jellies, jam or syrup may be used as a topping.
