EASY RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS 
1 (15 oz.) pkg. Raisin Bran cereal
2 c. sugar
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
1 c. corn oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 qt. milk (4 c.)
1 tbsp. vanilla flavoring

Mixture: Pour milk over Raisin Bran. Add other ingredients and mix well. Place in large container and cover tightly. Will keep in the refrigerator for 6 weeks.

To bake: Grease muffin tins (Pam or oil). Fill each ring 1/2 full with mix. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 12 to 15 minutes.
