4 eggs
3/4 c. cooking oil
1 box brown sugar
2 c. Bisquick
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix in order given. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Mixture will be little lumpy. When it cools, it falls. We think that's why it is called "Sad Cake." It is real good. Needs no frosting.
