1 lb. box brown sugar
2 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all together and bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes in 13 x 9 inch pan.

PHILADELPHIA CREAM CHEESE ICING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 or 2 tbsp. milk (enough to make it the right consistency to spread)
1 box powdered sugar, sifted
1 tsp. vanilla
