MINIATURE CHEESE CAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 can pie filling
1 box vanilla wafers

Beat cream cheese, add eggs, milk, lemon juice, and vanilla. Place vanilla wafer in cupcake liner in cupcake tin. Fill 2/3 full. Bake 5-10 minutes at 350 degrees. Before serving, top with pie filling of your choice.
