MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground meat
Onion, chopped
1 can ranch beans
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (7 oz.) bag Doritos
1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Brown meat and onions, put in casserole dish. Mix ranch beans, Rotel tomatoes and cream of mushroom soup in separate bowl. Put chips on top of meat, pour mixture over chips and put cheese over mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
