1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 sm. heads shredded red cabbage
1/4 c. plus 1 tbsp. spicy brown mustard
2 apples, cored & chopped
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. chopped celery

Combine mayonnaise and mustard; set aside. Mix together lemon juice and apples. Stir in remaining ingredients including the mustard mixture. Makes 6-8 servings.
