SUPER CABBAGE SLAW 
1 head cabbage, shredded in long, thin strands

1 egg
1 tbsp. mustard
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. vinegar

Boil until smooth. Remove from heat and add 1 cup mayonnaise. Stir until smooth. Pour over cabbage. cover and place in refrigerator. Stir again in approximately 2 hours. For best results, make 6 hours before serving.
