1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Heat oven 350 degrees. Grease 9 inch pie plate. Beat ingredients until smooth, 30 seconds in blender on high. Pour into pie plate and bake until knife comes out clean.
