CARRIZAL-PETTY HOT SWEET PICKLES 
1 gal. sliced hamburger dill slices
Small bottle Tabasco
3 tbsp. dried garlic tips
9 c. sugar

Drain off juice in pickles, set aside. Layer 1/3 pickles, 3 cups sugar, 1 tablespoon garlic tips. Do this 3 times. Pour bottle of Tabasco on top. Pour back as much juice as you can. Push down on pickles as tight as possible. Put lid on-turn jar upside down. Turn every 24 hours for 7 days.
