LO-CAL ORANGE - PINEAPPLE
SHERBET
 
1 (6 oz.) unsweetened frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (6 oz.) unsweetened frozen pineapple juice concentrate
3 1/4 c. cold water
2 tbsp. sucaryl (solution)
1 c. non-fat dry milk (powdered)

Combine in a 2 quart bowl in order given. Beat until blended. Pour into ice trays. Freeze until half frozen (1 or 2 hours). Remove to large chilled mixer bowl. Beat on low until softened, then beat until creamy, but not liquid. Pour in container and freeze. Make 20 servings of 58 calories each.
