FETTUCCINE ALFREDO 
1 pt. heavy cream
2 egg yolks
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 lb. fettuccine noodles
Parsley (optional)

Mix heavy cream, egg yolks, sour cream, Parmesan cheese with a fork. Cook noodles according to box directions. Drain noodles. Return to pot; place melted butter over noodles. Add above mixture. Cook for 2 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
