PUMPKIN SPREAD 
1 can solid pack pumpkin
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
cinnamon or pie spice to taste (about 1 to 2 tsp.)
1 bag gingersnap cookies (chocolate if you can find them)

Mix all ingredients together. Add sugar or spices to taste. Serve on pumpkin breads or serve with gingersnap cookies as a dip. Note: During the holidays, the chocolate gingersnap cookies are great with this.
