SAVORY SCALLOPED POTATOES 
4 c. sliced cooked potatoes
1/4 c. diced onion
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. grated cheese
1 1/2 c. milk

1. Place potatoes in greased 1 quart baking dish.

2. Place onion, flour, butter and seasonings in blender and blend thoroughly (for 1 minute).

3. Pour mixture over potatoes.

4. Sprinkle with grated cheese

5. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and brown (about 50 minutes).
