SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
1 1/4 c. sugar
4 c. white bread, cubed (without crust)
1 1/2 (1 lb. 4 oz.) cans chunk pineapple, drained
3 eggs
1/2 c. half and half
1/2 c. butter, melted

Mix together sugar, bread and pineapple. In a separate bowl, beat eggs; add half and half then add melted butter. Fold in pineapple mix. Pour into 9" Pyrex pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set.
