POTATO SALAD 
6 med. potatoes, cooked, peeled and diced
4 diced hard cooked eggs
1 c. diced celery
1 sm. onion or bunch of green onions, chopped
1/4 c. green olives
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. salad dressing
2 tbsp. dill relish
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. sugar
Salt and pepper

After dicing potatoes, sprinkle them with salt and pepper to taste. Add the remaining ingredients. Toss together thoroughly. Chill at least 3 hours before serving.
