STRAWBERRY RHUBARB PIE 
2 c. rhubarb, sliced
2 c. strawberries
1 1/4 c. sugar
5 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. salt

Mix all together except butter and put in pie shell. Dot top with butter, then put on top crust of pie. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
