FRUIT SALAD 
2 lg. cans fruit cocktail, drained
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges
1 pkg. sm. marshmallows - less if preferred
1 c. diced apples
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese (room temp.)
8 oz. Cool Whip
Cherries for garnish
1/2 c. shredded coconut, optional
1 jar coconut gel, optional

Beat cream cheese in large serving bowl. Blend in sour cream and Cool Whip. Add fruit cocktail, marshmallows, apples in cream mixture and mix lightly with a large spoon and decorate with mandarin sections and cherries. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
