SAUERKRAUT DIP 
1 lb. grated Swiss cheese
1 lb. grated American cheese
1 qt. sauerkraut (undrained)
4 pkg. corned beef, chopped

Mix together. Microwave until hot and cheeses are melted. Serve hot with cocktail rye bread.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
