SAUERKRAUT DIP 
1 can sauerkraut, well drained
1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
3 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. soda cracker crumbs
3 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients until moist. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with crackers.
