CORNBREAD 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. yellow cornmeal
4 tbsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/4 c. soft shortening

Mix ingredients and beat until smooth. Pour into greased 9"x9"x2" pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 425 degrees.
