100 YEAR OLD EGG CUSTARD 
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 stick butter
3 large eggs
2 rounded tbsp. flour
1 unbaked pie shell

Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat eggs, sugar and butter, add flour to mixture, add milk and mix well. Place in unbaked pie shell.

Bake 45 minutes or until custard doesn't shake in center.
