PEACH JAM 
4 c. ground peaches
6 c. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 pkg. powdered pectin

Combine peaches, sugar, lemon juice and pectin; stir well. Bring to a boil and boil 4 minutes. Stir and skim 5 minutes. Pour into hot sterilized jars. Seal.
