BEEF BRISKET | |
1 can whole cranberry sauce 1 env. dry onion soup mix 2 tbsp. tomato paste 3/4 c. sherry 5 - 6 lb. beef brisket Salt and pepper brisket. Sear in 450 degree oven for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Put remaining ingredients on brisket. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 hours or until tender. Goes great with Irish Potato Casserole! Serves 8. |
