PIE CRUST COOKIES (ROLL-OUTS) 
4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar

Sift above ingredients. Cut in 2 cups shortening until mixture is like coarse meal. Blend in 2 beaten eggs. Add 4 tablespoons milk and 2 teaspoons vanilla. Roll out. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes.

NOTE: Add more flour as you roll out. Frost and decorate. Keep in freezer.
