Graham cracker crust in 9 inch spring-form pan 1 lb. cottage cheese 1 c. plain yogurt 3 eggs, separated 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tbsp. lemon juice Rind of lemon, grated fine 1/2 c. honey 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 c. flour (whole wheat or white) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using blender, blend all the ingredients together until smooth. Pour into crust; sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake 30-50 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool thoroughly before removing from pan. |
