OYSTER DRESSING 
1 loaf stale bread
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. chopped celery with leaves
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. sage
2 or 3 eggs
1 pt. oysters

Cube bread in large bowl. Add all seasonings. Add enough hot broth (approximately 6 cups) to make real moist. Cover with lid and steam 15 to 20 minutes. Stir in beaten eggs and oysters. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees, uncovered.
