1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 c. walnuts, chopped or
1 c. raisins & chocolate chips, mixed

Cream the oil and sugar together; add the eggs and vanilla; beat together. Mix in the grated zucchini. In another bowl stir together the flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Now add the mixed dry ingredients and the milk alternately to the zucchini mix. Beat well after each addition. Batter will be thin. Last add the nuts or mixed chocolate chips and raisins. Bake in a greased and floured Bundt pan at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
