CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 12/ tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. cocoa
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 c. shredded zucchini
1 1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. drained pineapple

Beat eggs until fluffy, add sugar then add oil, vanilla, zucchini and pineapple to mixture; combine dry ingredients and add to mixture. Bake in a large tube pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes.

Optional: 1 cup chopped nuts and 1 cup raisins.
