SESAME CHICKEN 
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. dry sherry
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. minced ginger
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
4 to 5 chicken breasts
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 lg. bell pepper
Sesame seeds

Combine first 9 ingredients. Pour over chicken breast, cut into strips, and marinade at least 1 hour.

Drain off liquid reserving 1/4 cup. Add cornstarch to reserved liquid. Stir into chicken. Cover with plastic wrap, leaving one corner to vent. Microwave on high for 5 to 7 minutes. Add bell pepper, cut into pieces. Stir well. Microwave on high for 4 to 6 more minutes. Serve on a bed of rice. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
