TUNA PATTIES 
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can water packed tuna, drain well
1/2 tsp. dry oat bran (the kind you cook) OR 1 slice (40 calorie) bread (run under water and squeeze dry)
1 tsp. dry minced onion
1 egg white, beat (use whole egg if not watching cholesterol)
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients together and make into equal patties. Spray a silverstone skillet with a pan spray. Fry tuna patties over low heat until browned on both sides. Good hot, and good cold. Exchange: 2 1/2 meat, 1/4 bread (if using 1 slice of 40 calorie bread).
