MINT CHOCOLATE CHEESE CAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. lite cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. lite sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) container lite Cool Whip, thawed
1 Ready graham chocolate crust
1/4 c. chocolate mint chips, chopped
2 to 4 drops green food coloring
Spearmint leaves (garnishment)
Whole chocolate mint chips (garnishment)

Beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually add sugar. Blend in sour cream, vanilla, green food coloring and coarsely chopped chocolate mint chips. Fold in thawed Cool Whip, mixing well. Spoon into graham crust. Chill at least 4 hours. Garnish before serving.
