APPLE NUT CAKE 
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. apples, peeled & diced
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Beat eggs and sugar. Add oil. Then add dry ingredients, apples and nuts. Pour into greased and lightly floured 10" tube pan. Put into cold oven and bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

GLAZE TOPPING:

1 c. butter (2 sticks)
4 tbsp. milk
1 c. light brown sugar

Put into small saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over warm cake while cake is still in pan. Serves 12 to 15.
