CARAMEL HEAVENLIES 
12 double graham crackers
2 c. miniature marshmallows
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sliced almonds
1 c. flaked coconut

Arrange whole crackers in 16 x 11 jelly roll pan. Sprinkle with marshmallows. Combine butter, sugar and cinnamon in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat, add vanilla. Pour over marshmallows and sprinkle with almonds and coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes (lightly browned). Makes 2 1/2 dozen (130 calories each).
