SOUR CREAM CORN BREAD 
1 sm. container sour cream
1/2 c. Wesson oil (or whatever kind you use)
1 sm. can cream-style corn
2 eggs
1 c. self-rising corn meal

Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased pan. Bake at 400 degrees until done.
