SOUR CREAM CORN BREAD 
1/2 tbsp. Crisco
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. corn oil
1 c. cream style corn
1 c. self-rising corn meal
3 rounded tsp. baking powder

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt Crisco in baking pan. Mix all remaining ingredients well. Pour into pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes, until springy.
