SOUR CREAM CORN BREAD 
2 eggs, beaten
1 sm. can cream style corn
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 c. sifted cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 med. onion, chopped
1/3 c. cooking oil

Heat cooking oil in iron skillet. Mix all ingredients together and pour into hot skillet. Bake about 1 hour at 350 degrees.
