EASY MILD CHILI 
2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 sm. bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. McCormick chili seasoning mix
2 cans hot chili beans
1 lg. can tomato sauce

Brown meat; drain. Chop onion, bell pepper and celery in a bowl, put butter on top. Microwave on high 5 minutes. Add to meat. Stir in seasoning mix, beans and tomato sauce. Cook in large pan on stove on medium for 30 minutes or put in crock pot.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
