SPICE DIP 
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg
2 c. thawed Cool Whip Lite

Mix sugar with spices. Fold in Cool Whip. Do not overmix. Serve with assorted fruits, cookies or cake. Makes 1 2/3 cups dip, 6 calories per tsp. (approx).
