ENGLISH PEA CASSEROLE | |
1 can drained peas 3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced 1 sm. jar pimento, chopped 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. bread crumbs Layer the first 4 ingredients in a greased casserole dish. Dilute soup with just a few drops of milk; less than 1/4 cup. Pour over layers and top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes, or until bubbly. |
